TBT one of my first exercise demo vids!!! Booty lift!!! Butt lift day 4! Exercise 1: isolated runners. Stay low in the standing leg, drive opposite knee and use arms as if running. Standing leg stays isolated and flexed. Your ass will be burning! Exercise 2: step up, leg lift. Step up and then lift straight flexed leg a few inches. Keep hip bone pointed down. Hips square. Reach out that pointed toe, to increase difficulty you can has more height to the step up or even hold some weight. Amazing butt lift circuit.
